Account eligibility and accuracy

You must provide accurate account information, keep login credentials secure and use the service only for lawful business activity. Accounts may be restricted when information is false, security is compromised or platform policies are violated.

Account access and review

Advertisers and publishers can create an account without prior application. Account access does not mean that a campaign, creative, website or inventory category is approved. Submitted assets remain subject to policy, quality, fraud and legal review.

Advertiser balances and campaigns

Advertising is prepaid unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. A campaign can be paused or stopped because of balance, budget, schedule, targeting, fraud, policy or inventory conditions. Recorded impressions, clicks and conversions are measurement events and do not guarantee sales, leads, revenue or a specific business result.

Publisher participation and earnings

Publisher websites must be approved before active widget delivery. Earnings are based only on valid billable activity under the applicable revenue share. House ads can fill available space but do not create paid publisher earnings. Fraudulent, self-generated, forced, automated or misleading activity can be rejected, held or voided.

Billing, payouts and refunds

Minimum top-up, payout threshold, hold period, supported methods and revenue share are displayed in the platform and may vary by account or inventory agreement. Completed advertising delivery is generally not refundable. Duplicate payments, technical billing errors or unused balances are reviewed according to the payment state, platform records and applicable law.

Prohibited activity

Illegal products or services, malware, impersonation, scams, counterfeit goods, deceptive claims, non-consensual content, content involving minors, forced redirects, traffic manipulation and attempts to bypass review are prohibited. Additional advertiser, publisher, adult-inventory and restricted-product policies form part of these terms.

Suspension and termination

The service may pause campaigns, withhold disputed earnings, suspend inventory or restrict accounts when needed to protect users, advertisers, publishers, payment systems or the platform. Users may stop using the service at any time, subject to unresolved balances, disputes and retention obligations.

Service availability and limitation

The platform is provided on an as-available basis. Maintenance, provider outages, inventory changes and security actions can affect availability. To the extent permitted by law, EcomTrade24 Ads is not responsible for indirect losses, lost profit or outcomes caused by advertiser offers, publisher content or third-party services.

Changes and contact

These terms may be updated as the service changes. Continued use after publication of an updated version means the new terms apply where legally permitted. Questions can be submitted through the public contact page.
